Q1:How to tell the difference between human hair and synthetic hair?
A:Human hair has natural protein,it is easy to tell by burning and smelling, human hair will be ash, which will go away after pinching,human hair will smell foul when burnning,the human hair will show white smoke. While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will show black smoke, morever,human hair may have few gray hair and split end,it is normal and not a quality problem.
Q2:Will the hair shedding or tangle?
A:The hair is double weft weaving with no shedding,your Hair Extensions can tangle due to being dryness,oil & dirt build-up, salt-water chlorine and not combin(wide tooth comb) out Ur hair daily.Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week,twice a week is better.use hydrating drops or consult Ur stylist for more help.
Q3: How long does it take to ship and process the orders?
A: Normally, we will ship within 24hours after receiving payment. We will delivery it out via DHL express, which will take 2 or 3 days to USA, 3 or 4 days in UK or other country.
Q4: Can i dye / color the hair ?
A. Yes. The hair can be colored. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair. We recommend to dye darker, since it is difficult for the original clour to fade.virgin hair extension in competitive price. Improper dying will ruin the hair. We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the virgin hair . Clouring by yourself will take a risk of not coming out the shade you want.

Q7: Does the hair has smell?
A: The factory will put hair oil on it before ship hair to avoid hair dry during long terms of delivery, usually has no smell, a little smell will fade away after washing.
Q8: Why the hair a little dry after using it for a while?
A: When the hair left the donor, it has no more nutrition source, so please do deep conditioning and natural oil per week to keep the hair health and smooth.
